Onion roast to go .... simply delicious! Gladly again.

A long-established restaurant in Rain, Bavaria, but not out of fashion. Delicious food, beautiful outdoor seating surrounded by laurel bushes. Inexpensive and good. I would like to give it 4 stars, but the boss who took our order was very rude. We were literally snapped at, which is also the main reason that I won't go out to eat there anymore, when I order something. However, the staff is always friendly and always takes orders with a smile. The Schlossstüberl does not have a good reputation among the Rainer population because of the sullen boss, who prefer to eat out.

The food is lonely top no question, except spaetzle they have such an artificial taste I give only three stars. Let's get to the ambience, it all looks very nice, but not really inviting, a modern freshness could perhaps be a good solution. Now to the service some employees are not exactly child-friendly ..., when we were there last we were pampig addressed because our daughter has not eaten without mess, for information our daughter is not even two years old ... Since you can not expect that she decently sits there and eats like an adult ... now for the price which in my eyes is far too expensive, if you look at the whole package, is here in my eyes urgently to do an improvement. Otherwise, perhaps more and more customers will stay away ..

Last night we visited the Schlossstube in Rain. The food was really good but it was by the service of the boss and the service really bad. We have been several times to visit and for us it was only the last time until yesterday! From the boss came only clumsy and rude comments and the service gave us all the feeling of being unwanted. There were five of us and everyone was very shocked as the evening ended. In addition, the comments were dropped when the two ladies said we did not hear them anymore! The chef / boss does his job really well and is a friendly sympathetic man. From him the ladies can cut off a slice of friendliness! With such a staff / boss the desire for the good food passes.

Were invited there on a 70th birthday. 3 dishes were available. The beef was buttery to the point. Soup and dessert also very delicious. Something for special occasions.

Nice beer garden with a very good selection of dishes and stylish furnishings. My salad Neptune was filled with 3 different pieces of fish and 4 prawns. The salad itself consisted of several different leaf salads, and the dressing was also very good.

I was speechless the food was perfect to the point, it couldn't be better, great service from the chef and the service was super friendly, also great, many thanks to the whole team for the great evening
